 Hello -
This is Jadwiga
(yahd-vee'-gah) I have
been running a restaurant
across the street and up
the block from the Hudson
County Court House for 20
years. Many of my
customers were lawyers and judges, which
is now, you know, how come
so many are so healthy
looking. Click on

 When
we re-opened I
kept thinking, what should
we call this new place? It
used to be Sava Meat
Market and Deli because we
were famous also for our
homemade Kielbasa and and
other meat specialties.
We have no room for that
but we are still a
cafeteria style deli. See
how clean it is?

 We
Still Sell Polish Meats
and cheeses -
just not so many. We have
a few cooler cases that
are filled with imported
Polish specialties such as
mushrooms and pickles and
cheeses, plus Polish
breads
noodles, spices and
baked goods (poppy seed
cakes!!)
